How do I access American Hospital Association (AHA) Survey data?

Click on the link(s) for the year/survey needed to download the compressed file. The files are not cumulative.
When prompted, login with your George Mason username and password.
After downloading the file, it will need to be unzipped. Instructions for unzipping files.

Each compressed file includes documentation, SAS input statements, and data files in Access, comma delimited, Excel, and flat file format. All documentation is included with the compressed data files. For more information, see the AHA Annual Survey Database website.

All data below is restricted to use by George Mason University faculty, staff, and students. The data files cannot be shared with individuals outside the University.
